Our Ecuador team arrived at Cayambe yesterday and settled into the refuge at the base of the mountain. This morning they hiked to the glacier, which is when it started snowing. They hiked back down, due to the weather, and have been relaxing in the refuge enjoying food and down time before their summit push tonight. The team will leave at 11 p.m. and they are looking forward to it! They are keeping a close eye on the snow and both guides Jaime and Cliff will be keeping us updated on the team’s status. Stay tuned for some great pictures!
