We’re partnering with Patagonia to kick off the first stop of their Human Powered event series, a grassroots gathering celebrating our favorite season happening right here in Tahoe. To start the tour with something special, Patagonia and Alpenglow Expeditions will be taking eight guests out for a guided backcountry day with Nick Russell on March 6, and yep, you could be one of them. To enter, head to the link in bio and register by February 5th to be in the running. On February 6th, we’ll randomly select eight folks and follow up by email to confirm spots. Sign up, get stoked, and keep an eye on your inbox! To be clear: this isn’t an intro class. The day (and terrain) is best suited for intermediate to advanced riders, and a completed Level 1 Avalanche Training course is highly encouraged. You must be over 18 to enter, entries are limited to one per person, and selectees must provide their own transportation to the event. The weekend will be packed with plenty of other good times on and off snow, including ambassador-led group rides, repair clinics, mountain workshops and much more. So, if you don’t get selected, don’t fret: Whatever your ability level or home mountain, we have something for you. See you there, and in the meantime, pray for snow.
