GIFT CARD POLICY

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund
  • If an order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance of the order must be paid with a credit card, cash or check
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards
  • Gift cards never expire per California law
  • Gift cards are only valid at Alpenglow Expeditions and Tahoe Via Ferrata.

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all products, expeditions, and courses purchased by gift card.
