Everest is the ultimate test of high-altitude mountaineering.
For over two decades, we’ve built our entire approach around getting our team members to the summit successfully and efficiently. We’ve operated on Mount Everest’s North Side since 2015, choosing the safer, less crowded route out of Tibet over the increasingly unpredictable Khumbu Icefall and crowding of the South Side. Every Everest expedition we run is led by IFMGA-certified guides, supported by Sherpa and Base Camp staff we’ve worked with for over a decade, and built on our proprietary Rapid Ascent™ methodology.
In 2019, that approach made us the first company in the world to guide a client to the summit of Everest and back in just 14 days, door to door. From our standard Rapid Ascent™ Expedition to the record-setting Lightning Ascent, our Everest programs deliver the highest levels of safety and success, in less time away from work and family than any traditional expedition.
We have three different Everest offerings, all designed to set you up for success within the support parameters and time constraints that you need to work within to pull off summiting the tallest mountain on the planet.
Mount Everest North Side Rapid Ascent™ Expedition
Summit the world’s tallest peak from the North Side, in almost half the time of a traditional expedition. Our 36-day Rapid Ascent™ Expedition pairs pre-acclimatization in hypoxic tents with the North Side’s most experienced guide team and best logistics, keeping every day of acclimatization and preparation you need while cutting the weeks of unnecessary downtime that send over 30% of climbers on other teams home before their summit push.
Mount Everest North Side Lightning Ascent
The fastest way to the top of the world. The Lightning Ascent compresses our Rapid Ascent™ principles into a single, continuous 15-day push, using the same approach that, in 2019, made us the first company in the world to guide a client to Everest’s summit and back in just 14 days, door to door. Climbers arrive in Tibet already acclimatized to extreme altitude, so instead of a full acclimatization rotation, one rest day at Advanced Base Camp is all it takes before the summit push.
Private Everest North Side Expedition
This is the most supported way that you can summit Mount Everest, giving you the highest chances of success. A private, certified IFMGA Mountain Guide, 2:1 Sherpa support, and custom itineraries that support Rapid Ascent or Lightning Ascent styles. If you want to give yourself the best chance of summiting Everest, this is it. If you’re interested in learning more about our private expeditions, reach out.
